This place is filled with roaches and even bed bugs, they cancel rides out of the blue with no answer as to why and no way to accommodate. It was a horrible experience and I should have listed to the people who told me to just fly. DOMT USE THEM flixbus is almost as bad, just a bit newer

The "bus station" wasn't technically the problem so much as Greyhound itself and the Flixbus. Couldn't find the bus stop then when called to get switched to a later bus or refunded was told that the ticket holder and their luggage were on board so there was nothing they could do for me. And when I tried to call customer service for Flixbus it just hangs up on you so they're of no help either. The poor man at the bus station is mostly just there to listen to people like us come in and complain

The new station is under construction. All there is now is a parking lot with a trailer that serves as the office. They only use one bench for seating outdoors. The other two are stacked on top of each other. I guess to discourage the local vagrants from loitering. And I didn't see any seating inside the tiny trailer either. What they do when the weather ☁️☁️ is raining, I can only guess.

Bus was for 7:30 i showed up at 7 am. Location closed due to employee showing late. This location is supposed to be opened at 6 am. Location opens shortly after i arrive at 7 i pick up my tickets to find the bus tracker on app shows the bus wont be there until 11:40 👀. I leave go get a coffee and a sandwich i come back sit down inside to eat and being told at 8:20 that the employee is going back home? For a break. And that we have to exit the building and she will be back at 10:00. This is crazy bathrooms are inside and we have no access and there are absolutely no seats outside feel so bad for these older folks forced to stand out here in the heat.
